First set process parameters for individual action,such as loading time,sealing/cutting time,discharging time,etc.These actions can be implemented full automatically or semi-automatically.For example,you need not set the time of loading & discharging,when the jobs are finished manually,just press a key to start other work such as vacuumizing,gas-flushing,tray sealing and film cutting.The trays can be filled either before or after they are loaded into the carriers,in both cases must ensure that the tray flange remains clean. When all trays are filled&loaded,press the start key,the tray carrier retreat back into the sealing chamber,automatically complete the packaging work including vacuumizing,gas inflation,tray sealing and film cutting as per the set time.After the packaging procedure has been finished, the tray drawer pop out automatically,and return the loading area for discharging.
