This equipment produce water-soluble packaging for liquid, gel and powder products in water-soluble films.Water-soluble film is a thin film used to form packages which dissolve in contact with water.The PVA water-soluble film is widely used to pack liquid laundry detergent,washing powder,disinfectant,missible oil pesticide,oil chemicals agent,paint and some other non aqueous oil system, applicable for a large range of size and shape.The machine can automaticly accomplish film stretch,pod making ,material filling, sealing and cutting,etc.It is a rotary drum/water-sealing type packaging machine designed for small unit-dose/single pack of water soluble pod/pouch/capsule.The producing capacity is 15000-40000 packs per hour,depends on the content state and size of package.
